All Participating Teams:

Every team that enters receives certificates of participation for each team member and judges' comments on their entry.

Semifinalist Teams:

30 semifinalist teams receive a competition T-shirt and a certificate of participation for every team member along with judges' comments.

Finalist Teams:

Six finalist teams and their coaches will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Walt Disney World® to attend National Championship Week and compete for valuable U.S. Savings Bonds, plus a $200 development grant to further refine their idea. These teams will also participate in the Christopher Columbus Academy, an interactive behind-the-scenes look at the science and technology at Walt Disney World®.

Gold Medal Winning Teams:

Two Gold Medal Winning Teams will receive a $2,000 U.S. Savings Bond per team member and a medal for each team member.
