 The Milfoil Master

Solution:
 A two prong program:
1. Build the milfoil scope that will help with underwater milfoil removal.
2. Educate the public about milfoil and the effect it has on the waterways.

Solution:
 Apply a braking mechanism to shopping carts.

 People in wheelchairs not being able to control the speed of the chair while descending ramps.
Solution:
 Attaching a pendulum and rod by the brake to help control the speed of the chair.
